You may have thought of your addiction as a curse and a cruel taskmaster in your life but I want to encourage you with a truth today. God has been building an army of people that He is going to help and then send them out to help others who are trapped in addiction to receive His help as well. So the very addiction you hate right now will become a weapon that God will use to help other people to get free from addiction as well. Your current shame will become your future fame, and the very stumbling blocks of addiction will become the stepping stones that lead you to a life of helping others.

You may not be free from your addiction right now, but we are entering a season where we will see many miracles where God will step in and set people free from life long addictions that were impossible for them to overcome without His power. You may even have a whole family trapped in addictions, sexual perversions, and genetic chemical imbalances, but God has plans to not only set you free, but He wants to use you to help your family and friends to finally get free from addiction. So be encouraged this day my friend because God has plans to set you free and use you to help others.
