Lust- Def: An intense or unrestrained sexual craving.

We were created as humans to be sexually attracted to other humans because we need that attraction in order to want to have sex and thus create children and enjoy full spiritual intimacy with our spouses. The problem is that evil forces and the world pervert this natural attraction with constant images of partially or fully nude people in order to sell something through lust. We grow up around porn and sexual immorality so what is actually unnatural becomes natural to us just through exposure and habit.

If you are going to overcome a porn or sex addiction then you will need to return to the original design to fix yourself. God only intended for us to lust after our spouse and nobody else, so once you begin to walk in this truth you will no longer feel obligated to use the naked human form as a pleasure drug. Lust is nothing more than using other peoples bodies as another addiction. People can actually feel someone lusting after them and they may even cover up at our stares. Lust causes us to become defiled.

I remember my days of lust and porn addiction and I felt like there was just no way that I could ever be free because it was such a huge part of my life. One day the Lord began to open my eyes that the human form was His design so when I was lusting or misusing something He created I was treating Him with contempt. Now when I look at someone I see a creation of God and not a sex fix. God has painted a beautiful picture for us in the human form so lets not throw dirt on it, but rather let's treat it with honor.
