New Year's Resolutions
ISA 1:18 "Come now, let us reason together," says the LORD. "Though your sins are like scarlet, they
shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool.
Ervery year we will all experience another new year once again, and it is a good time to make
a resolution to quit an addiction, but I just want to encourage you today that rather than swearing things off and then failing
and relapsing, invite God to help you to overcome your addiction. You don't have to wait for new years eve to make a decision
to end destruction habits in your life and the Holy Spirit will help you to get to the root of what drives your addiction
so that you can let it go for good this time. Making a vow to quit something shows a desire to change, but we all need God's
help in order to bring lasting change, otherwise we would have quit by ourselves by now. So my friend make your resolutions
to quit your addictions, but ask God to help you to actually do it and you will indeed find lasting success and freedom from
addiction through Him this coming year. God knows how badly you want to be free, but He also knows that you need His help
to actually do it. Trust God today to help you to fulfill the vows you will soon make.
JOB 22:27 You will pray to him, and he will hear you, and you will fulfill your vows.
